CLE: Accountings for Probates and Conservatorships

If you do any accountings that are submitted for court approval, you and your staff are invited to two continuing legal education classes regarding accountings for probates and conservatorships in Marion County. 

Monica Pacheco and Heather Gilmore will be sharing forms and information. 

Accounting Requirements:  This session will provide information on:

                * What the UTCR Accounting Requirements are.

                *  How to properly complete the UTCR Accounting Form.

                *  Issues with compliance with the UTCR and how to properly prepare Exhibits.

Cost: Free

CLE credit will be applied for 1 hour for each session.  There is no advance registration or RSVP.  You may want to arrive early as it is anticipated it will be crowded.  For additional information contact:
