Assistant Attorney General (Tax and Finance Attorney)

The Oregon Department of Justice is seeking applicants for a Salem-based attorney position in the Tax and Finance Section of the General Counsel Division.  This position offers a diverse and stimulating practice advising and representing state agencies tasked with administering State of Oregon grants, loans, bonds and other financing transactions that are crucial in funding a variety of different programs all over the state.  The successful applicant will be primarily responsible for advice, drafting, review and approval of federal and state-funded grants, loans, and other contracts. The work of the Tax and Finance Section impacts a broad range of Oregon’s citizens and provides important assistance to agencies funding economic development, education, housing, public health programs among others.  For more information, or to apply, CLICK HERE.

Litigation Association - Downtown Portland

Seifer Yeats Zwierzynski & Gragg is seeking an Associate Attorney with at least three to five years of experience in construction law or litigation. The ideal candidate has experience that demonstrates: (a) excellent research, writing and analytical skills; (b) attention to detail; (c) confidence in taking depositions and/or in presenting oral argument in the courtroom; and, importantly (d) a strong desire to accelerate the learning process by becoming actively involved in the handling of complex cases.
